Player Registration and Fees

We’re accepting registrations for 2023 Spring Season that will last through Jan – May 2023.

New Players: If you are new player or want to know more about field hockey, please do join us and give a try! If you like to sign up for these sessions, send us a email at info@lionshockey.club

Current Club Players: All returning players must renew USA Field Hockey Membership. Here is the link to get you started.

All participating players must have:

• Face Mask
• Shin Guard
• Mouth Guard
• Water
• Field Hockey (New players can borrow field hockey during practice sessions.)
• Signed Waivers: Players need to complete two forms: 1) Lions New Player Registration Form and 2 ) Lions Hockey Club Liability Waiver. Completed forms should be emailed to our us at info@lionshockey.club. Click the link below to download Forms.
